The Challenge
The startup needed to develop its first MVP to enter the market. They knew what they wanted to build, but didn’t know how to do it, and like most startups, had a limited budget.
The Solution
We assigned the project to one of our agile squads and successfully developed the MVP (a wellness app integrated with chat tools to optimize work teams) within the agreed timeframes and budget. We continued providing support and evolving the product over the following years, until they grew so much that they created their own internal IT department, with our help in transferring knowledge.
