The Challenge
The startup had a deep understanding of the business but lacked technological expertise. They needed not just a team of developers, but a trusted technology leader to define the product roadmap, guide the development process, and support the company in front of investors.
The Solution
We became the company's CTO and not only met the previously outlined requirements but also successfully led, through an agile team, the development of their flagship product, IDNotarial: a platform for the analysis, review, and digitization of notarial documents using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and a sophisticated AI model based on Machine Learning, built on AWS infrastructure (SQS, SNS, S3, Lambdas, etc.).
