The Challenge
The client, founder of a startup, developed two independent platforms to measure carbon footprint and biodiversity in livestock farms. These MVP platforms were successfully validated in the Irish market. As they prepared to enter the Spanish market and the rest of the European Union, the need arose to scale and adapt the product to these new markets.
The Solution
We became the company’s CTO, performing a complete assessment of the current situation and future goals. We designed a plan for short-, medium-, and long-term improvements, forming a multidisciplinary team to tackle the complex existing technology stack. We unified both platforms into one, redesigning its interface to improve usability and adapt it to the Spanish market. We executed and supervised the plan, responding agilely to the evolving needs of clients who continued to join the platform.
