This multinational, ranked among the top 20 companies worldwide in Testing, Inspection, and Certification, needed to improve its internal systems for audit and certification tracking.
The Solution
We designed, developed, and implemented software that enabled the joint operation of sales teams, auditors, managers, analysts, and supervisors, achieving centralization and simplification of the workflow. The product's success, risk reduction, and lower operational costs led to dozens of countries adopting the system, which was initially created only for Spain.
