The Challenge
Their fintech product needed a technological upgrade to avoid being overshadowed by competitors and advancing technology. The company lacked the expertise to define the architecture and a solid framework for the complete migration of the platform.
The Solution
Assuming the role of CTO, we defined the architecture of the new product to be built and outlined a plan for creating a solid framework and subsequently performing the modular migration of the application. We executed the plan in stages, eventually migrating all modules and implementing the new platform for all system users. Finally, we transferred control to the company's dev team, which was properly trained.
