Viviendas Tuteladas - Innusual
Industry Type: Urbanism
IN for innovation, integrity, information. UNUSUAL for exceptional, disruptive, unique. This is the essence of “innusual,” a space focused on the human factor where the goals of our clients converge with those of our professionals, guided by values that drive every decision we make: Commitment, Rigor, Honesty, and Flexibility.
The Challenge
The project arises as a response to the limitations of the traditional housing management model for people with disabilities, identifying three main problems: high supervision costs and time, subjectivity in diagnosis, and lack of privacy. To overcome these challenges, a technological update was proposed to develop a new scalable and efficient system based on remote housing management.
The Solution
We evaluated the client's existing model, identifying its limitations, and defined the actions to be taken. An agile team was assembled in line with the required development, which, through the use of Scrum and constant interaction with the client, carried out the project methodically, achieving highly satisfactory results and meeting the client's expectations. As a result, an efficient and fully scalable system was delivered, which will continue to grow with new developments but at a lower overall cost and with fully updated technology.

Consulting & Outsourcing Partner
We are very happy with the project outcome. The best proof of this is that the client is satisfied, and that is ultimately what matters.
Regarding your service, I have no complaints. You have adapted very well to unforeseen circumstances, requests for new changes, and at the administrative level, we have not had any issues, so there is nothing I can think of to improve 😊
On a more technical level, the team has demonstrated competence and autonomy. At the start of the project, they communicated well with Carlos and Ricardo, setting the architecture and best practices for the project and then maintaining them throughout. Everything in order.
