Science Summit focuses on the fundamental role of science in addressing global challenges while respecting planetary boundaries.
To support this mission, the organization runs scientific outreach events that require significant coordination, planning and administrative management.
The Challenge
After using third-party platforms at a high cost, as well as attempting unsuccessful developments with other companies, Science Summit 2025 decided to work with us to build the solution required to run the event.
The Solution
We developed a multi-event platform capable of publishing multi-track sessions across different days and time slots worldwide. The platform brings together not only event organizers, but also partners, sponsors, speakers and, of course, attendees participating either in person or online. It integrates with Zoom for virtual sessions and Stripe for payment processing. We also ensured consistency across all published content, even when information is managed by multiple contributors and covers different topics, resulting in a professional, intuitive and user-friendly website.
