The Challenge
A recently established startup needed not only to assess the feasibility of a business opportunity to promote local tourism but also to find an IT company that could provide proper consulting and develop an MVP at a reasonable cost to validate their idea in the market.
The Solution
We evaluated the technological complexity and assembled an ad hoc team for this project, as it combined various tech stacks and required connections with several third-party applications through APIs and SDKs. We carried out the development using Scrum and managed to complete the project on time, which is now successfully meeting the high tourist demand in Tenerife.
